The original antibody was raised by humanizing the heavy and light chain of antibody 1601.
Application Notes
The original antibody was used for an ELISA on human thrombin to determine the binding activity. This antibody was used for surface plasmon resonance on human thrombin. The antibody showed good affinity. The effect of this antibody on thrombinase activity was determined. It showed that it did not inhibit the enzymatic activity of thrombin on substrate S2228. This antibody was used for a human plasma APTT test, it showed increasing APTT values with increasing antibody concentrations. This antibody was tested in vivo. The antibodies were administered to cynomolgus monkeys, they significantly inhibited the formation of thrombosis (US20190315886A1).
