Application Notes | The original antibody was used for flow cytometry on cell either untreated or treated with EGF. This antibody was used for a western blot on MDA-MB468 tumor cell line and human primary adult keratinocytes. This antibody was used for a proliferation assay on H292 tumor cells, it showed a EC50 of 0.21 nM. A humanized version of this antibody was used in vivo for H292 and FaDu tumor xenografts, here it showed it was very active and delayed the tumor growth (US8790649B2). |
