Specificity | This antibody is specific for human interleukin-7 and does not cross reat with IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL- 10, IL-15, IL-21, GM-CSF, and TNF-alpha. IL-7 is a hematopoietic cytokine that plays an essential role in the development, expansion, and survival of naive and memory T-cells and B-cells thereby regulating the number of mature lymphocytes and maintaining lymphoid homeostasis. |
