Application Notes | The binding specificity of this antibody to Mycobacterium tuberculosis lipoarabinomannan (LAM) was determined using ELISA. This antibody is the matched pair of clone A1 (Ab03326) for the detection of LAM in a sandwich ELISA. The colloidal gold-labeled version of this antibody pair was used in the development of a qualitative double antibody sandwich ELISA for the detection of LAM (CN113480659). |
