Application Notes | The binding reactivity of this single chain antibody for methotrexate-BSA was done using direct and competitive ELISA, with no cross reactivity with only BSA. The binding affinity of the original VHH version of this antibody as determined by BIAcore analysis was reported to be Kd=29 nM (PMID: 17011035). |
