Application Notes | The binding specificity of this antibody towards human, cynomolgus monkey and rhesus monkey NKp-46 was determined using ELISA and flow cytometry. The binding of this antibody to NKp-46 expressed on the surface of CHOK1 and NK cells was confirmed using flow cytometry. The original IgG antibody bound ectodomain of human NKp-46 with a binding affinity of Kd= 1.1 nM. This binding of this antibody to NK cells resulted in an increase in the interferon gamma release (CN113637074). |
