Application Notes | MARC-145 cell lines stably expressing Nb6 were established and infected with PRRSV strain SD-16. Virus infection was strongly suppressed in MARC-145-Nb6 as shown by IFA. Further, the antibody could inhibit PRRSV replication (Liu et al., 2015; PMID: 26525739). |
