| Name | Anti-P-selectin mAbs |
| Clone No. | AFD- PB1.3 |
| From | Recombinant Antibody |
| Isotype | Engineer antibody |
| Application | Blocking, functional assays, WB, ELISA, FC, IHC |
| Species Reactivity | Human |
| Basic Information | |
| Specificity | PB1.3 recognizes human P-selectin. It reacts with human recombinant P-selectin and purified P- selectin, as well as with P-selectin on thrombin-activated platelets. In contrast, it does not cross-react with recombinant E- or L-selectin. P-selectin is a Ca2+-dependent receptor for myeloid cells that binds to carbohydrates on neutrophils and monocytes. Mediates the interaction of activated endothelial cells or platelets with leukocytes. |
| Alternative Name | CD62P; CD62 antigen-like family member P; Granule membrane protein 140; GMP-140; Leukocyte-endothelial cell adhesion molecule 3; LECAM3; Platelet activation dependent granule-external membrane protein; PADGEM; MAb PB1.3 |
| UniProt | P16109 |
| Immunogen | The original mouse IgG1 version of this antibody was raised by immunizing RBF/DnJ mice with human platelets and purified human P-selectin. |
