Immunogen | The original antibody was generated by immunizing a BALB/c mouse with purified 58K golgi. |
Application Notes | The original version of this antibody was used for an immunofluorescence experiment to stain the golgi apparatus (Chen et al., 2006; PMID:16431922), in transfected CHO cells (Johne et al., 2008; PMID:18216281), in HSC8B cells (Mao et al., 2009; PMID: 19139721), in mouse melanocyte cells (Xu et al., 2010; PMID:20502676), in HeLa cells (Kotak et al., 2012; PMID:23027904), and in Communicationincompetent HeLa cells (Kleopa et al., 2006; PMID: 16476939). This antibody was used for a western blot to stain the golgi proteins on rat hepatic cells (Mao et al., 2009; PMID: 19139721), on human protein (Clemen et al., 2010; PMID:20833645). |
