Description
C1QTNF7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a signle, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 283 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 30.22 kDa. The protein contains an extra 10 amino acid His tag at N-terminus. The C1QTNF7 amino acid sequence is identical to UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot entry Q9BXJ2 amino acids 17–289. The C1QTNF7 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
Human C1QTNF7 was filtered (0.4µm) and lyophilized from a 0.5mg/ml solution containing 30mM Acetate Buffer, pH-4 and 5% (w/v) trehalose.
Stability
Store lyophilized protein at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C.
Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS PAGE.
