CYTIP Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 384 amino acids (1-359 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 42.6kDa. CYTIP is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Introduction
Cytohesin-interacting protein, also known as CYTIP contains 2 leucine
zipper domains as well as a putative C-terminal nuclear targeting signal.
However, CYTIP does not contain any hydrophobic regions. In addition, CYTIP is
expressed weakly in resting NK and T cells. It also modulates the activation of ARF genes by
CYTH1.
Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Formulation
CYTIP protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
