Application Notes
This antibody was capable of binding biotin conjugated proteins in an ELISA. This antibody has a higher affinity for biotin conjugated protein than free biotin. This antibody is recommended for detection an diagnosis of biotin labeled proteins in a sample using techniques like flow cytometry, immunoblot assays, immunofluorescence studies.
