The original antibody was generated by immunizing Balb/c mice with a 4M urea extract derived from human melanoma cells (M14).
Application Notes
This antibody binds to melanoma-associated chondroitin sulphate proteoglycan, which stabilises cell-substratum interactions during the early stages of melanoma spreading.
