The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with a synthetic cerebrovascular amyloid peptide (SCVAP), corresponding to the first 16 amino acid residues of amyloid beta protein, conjugated to KLH.
Application Notes
This antibody recognises human amyloid beta and can be used to detect amyloid in ELISAs, WB and tissue sections.
