Immunogen
This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 428-499 of human Kv1.2
Application Notes
This antibody has been used in immunohistochemical analysis of Kv1.2 expression in sections of mouse sciatic nerves (Montani et al, 2018) and adult rat hippocampus (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360). This antibody has also been used in immunoblot analysis of membranes.
