This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with a synthetic peptide consisting of the cytoplasmic C-terminus (amino acids 837-853) of rat Kv2.1
Application Notes
This antibody has been used in immunoblot analysis of membranes prepared from adult rat (Misonou et al, 2006) and mouse brain, and from human hippocampus, cerebral cortex and cerebellum (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360). It has also been used in immunohistochemical analysis of adult rat brain (Misonou et al, 2006) and hippocampus sections (Andrews et al, 2019; PMID:30667360).
