This antibody was raised by immunizing a mouse with synthetic peptide amino acids 591- 608 (VRAQPMPHSILSTQTSRC) of mouse Kirrel3 short isoform 3.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of Kirrel3 by immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry or western blot. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect kirrel3 by western blot in extracts of COS cells transiently transfected with Flag- tagged Kirrel3-short, Kirrel3-long or untagged Kv2.1 plasmids. Furthermore it was used to detect kirrel3 by immunohistochemistry in adult rat hippocampus.
