For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect S100A5 by western blot in adult rat brain membranes and whole brain homogenates from S100A5-tauGFP (targeted deletion of S100A5 and replaced with coding region of tau fused to GFP) heterozygote and KO mice. |
