The original antibody was isolated by panning a human scFv library against BmR1 antigen.
Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (Rahumatullah et al., 2017; PMID： 29165352). The scFv format of the antibody and the Ab4-Fc construct were tested as QC reagents in two commercial rapid test kits for the detection of BmR1. Ab4-Fc showed positive reaction with both rapid tests, while Ab4 did not show reactivity with neither of them (Rahumatullah et al., 2020; PMID： 31933469).
