This antibody was raised by immunising rats with mouse tissue containing CD45 positive cells.
Application Notes
YTS165.1 antibody might be used to identify various leukocytes. It was used in immunohistochemistry stainings to label mouse spine microglia (Hoek et al., 2000). Hoek and colleagues (2000) incubated WEHI-231P cells with this antibody to investigate the effects of CD45 targeting on bcl-2 expression Finally, it has also been shown to be synergistic with YW 62.3.
