Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. T cell blast/Raji assay showed an enhancement of IL-2 production in human T cells induced by the antibody. The antibody showed an affinity of 1.63*10^-10 1/M (MN100001982A1).
