The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with natural human D-dimer fragment.
Application Notes
The initial binding characterization of this antibody to human D-dimer fragment was done using ELISA. This antibody was also used in the generation of a kit for detection of blood coagulation (CN113717285).
