Application Notes
The antibody binds specifically to the humanised anti-tissue factor antibody D3H44 and is able to neutralise the anticoagulant activity of D3H44. The anti-idiotypic 6A6 antibody acts by competing with the TF binding site, and can therefore be used in anticoagulation therapy with D3H44 antibody to control bleeding.
