Application Notes
The original antibody was used for LBA/LCMS on beagle skeletal muscle and human skeletal muscle to quantify microdystrophin. The binding affinity of this antibody was assessed using an MSD assay on the LEM peptide it showed good affinity for its peptide (WO2023064947A1).
