This antibody was raised by immunising chickens with CD8+ T cells pre-adsorbed with E. acervulina soluble sporozoite antigen.
Application Notes
This antibody has been used in confocal laser immunofluorescence analysis to stain Eimeria acervulina and E. maxima sporozoites, but will not stain merezoites (Constantinoiu et al, 2003). An scFv derived from the variable regions of this antibody has been used in ELISA, IFA and immunoblot assays (Kim et al, 2001)
