Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing New Zealand white rabbits with soluble mouse endosialin extracellular domain-mouse Fc fusion protein.
Application Notes
The binding specificity of this antibody towards mouse endosialin was checked with ELISA (US20100260769). This antibody was used for the immunofluorescent staining of mature blood vessels of normal lung in the wild type mice and huCD248 knock-in mice. It was able to detect both mouse and human CD248 (PMID: 26327620).
