The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 347-371 of the mature human erythropoietin receptor 'LDKWLLPRNPPSEDLPGPGGSVDIV' coupled to KLH via a C terminal cystein.
Application Notes
This antibody can identify amino acids 347-371 of the EPOR in an ELISA. This antibody can also recognize EPOR from lysates of HELAwt, HELA-EPOR and UT-7 cells in a western blot assay. This antibody was also used for the immunocytochemical and immunohistochemical analysis of HELAwt and HELA-EPOR (US20110165592).
