Immunogen
BALB/c mice were immunised with ESAT-6 protein and RNA extracted from the spleen to produce a scFv library. Eukaryotic ribosome display was used to select EA-S3.
Application Notes
ELISA was used to confirm the specificity of EA-S3 for ESAT-6; ELISA also determined the affinity constant of EA-S3 for ESAT-6 as 3.74x10^8 M^-1 (Ahangarzadeh et al, 2017).
