Application Notes
This antibody can be used for the detection of flagellar antigen of B. burgdorferi, the causative agent of Lyme disease (Borreliosis), using ELISA, western blot. It can also be used for the serological analyses of B. burgdorferi isolates by immunofluorescence staining.
