Application Notes
The antibody detected the recombinant human FZD7 by western blot analysis. The antibody reduced FZD7 signaling in breast cancer cell line MDA- B-231 about 3-fold. This antibody was used for detection of FZD7 expressed on OVCAR4 cells by flow cytometry. The antibody could block migration of a breast cancer cell line and ovarian cancer cell line OVCAR4. This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on ovarian carcinoma and renal cell carcinoma samples (WO2016205566A1).
