Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The original format of the antibody was able to neutralize VZV in vitro (IC50 = 3.04 and 5.27 µg/ml with or without complement) (Sullivan et al., 2018; PMID: 29743372).
