The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with human GD3 and GQ1b.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended to be used in the detection of melanomas and other tumors or tissues expressing GD3 and GQ1b. It binds GD3 and GQ1b in an ELISA. Analysis by flow cytometry revealed that this antibody reacted with approximetely 10% of the peripheral blood lymphocytes. Further characterization of this antibody was done using immunohistochemistry .
