The original antibody was raised by immunizing a dromedary with poliovirus type 1 Sabin strain.
Application Notes
The structure of the original antibody was determined using cryo-EM (Strauss et al., 2017; PMID：27852863). The binding strength of the original antibody to poliovirus antigens was determined using surface plasmon resonance (Thys et al., 2011; PMID：21371506).
