The original antibody was generated by immunizing rabbits with Her-2.
Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (affinity constant = 1.09 × 10^11M^-1). The antibody specifically detected HER-2 protein in Western blot analysis. The antibody 3A3 and the commercial antibody EP3 were used to stain breast cancer tissue. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 3A3 was higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody and the commercially available antibody EP3 were simultaneously detected on the normal tissue chip, indicating that the specificity of the antibody in normal tissue was equivalent to that of the commercially available antibody (CN113621069A).
