The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with recombinant protein HNF1beta.
Application Notes
The antibody specifically detected HNF1 beta protein in Western blot analysis. The antibody 11A1 and the commercial antibody TA347 were used to stain clear cell renal cell carcinoma and ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 11A1 was higher than the commercial antibody (CN113087794A).
