The original mouse IgG1 version of this antibody was raised by immunizing BALB/c mice with human Ig and subsequent generation of hybridoma cells by fuisng splenocytes with P3XAg8.653 cells.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used for immunophenotyping of leukemia cells in flow cytometry and in immunohistochemistry in frozen tissue sections. It does not react with formalin/paraffin embedded sections.
