This antibody was raised by immunising mice with KLH-conjugated rat IRS1.
Application Notes
This antibody has been used in immunoblot analysis of IRS1 expression by mouse embryo fibroblasts (Galic et al, 2005). It has also been used in immunoprecipitation analysis of rat muscle and liver lysates (Wu et al, 2005) and Western blots.
