Immunogen
The original antibody was raised by immunizing a mouse with human epidermal keratins.
Application Notes
The original version of this antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on ectopic thyroid tissue (Ihtiyar et al., 2003; PMID:14513329), on sentinel lymph node tissue (Atinkaya et al., 2005; PMID:16000990), on lymph nodes (Yagci et al., 2007; PMID:16721490), and on tissue from rats bearing mammary tumours (Esendagli et al., 2009; PMID:18987061). Further this antibody was used for a western blot on 2 cancer cell lysates (Favia et al., 2004; PMID:15252853), and on DE-E, DE-F and DE-SF cell line lysates (Chang et al., 2010; PMID:19748110).
