The original antibody was generated by immunizing female BALB/c mice with Flag-his-tagged extracellular domain of LAG-3.
Application Notes
The antibody is a humanized version of the mouse antibody MAB209B1. The binding affinity of the antibody to hLAG-3 was measured by surface plasmon resonance. The binding affinity of this antibody towards human LAG-3 was found to be Kd= 7.7pM. The antibody showed a good tumour inhibitory effect in in vivo application (WO2021136392).
