Cat. No.
MABL-2215
Application
WB, ELISA, IHC
Isotype
Engineer antibody
Species Reactivity
Human
Clone No.
22G3
From
Recombinant Antibody
Specificity
The antibody is specific for LAG3. Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein is an inhibitory receptor on antigen activated T-cells. It delivers inhibitory signals upon binding to ligands, such as FGL1.
Alternative Names
CD223; LAG3; Lymphocyte-activation gene-3; Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein; LAG-3; CGMCNO 20774
UniProt
P18627
Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with recombinant LAG3 protein.
Application Notes
The antibody specifically detected LAG3 protein in Western blot analysis. The antibody and the commercial antibody EPR20261 were used to stain tonsillar granulocytes and granulocytes in the appendix. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 22G3 was higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody and the commercially available antibody E3 were simultaneously detected on the normal tissue chip, indicating that the specificity of the antibody in normal tissue was equivalent to that of the commercially available antibody (CN113234159A).
