Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing Balb/c mice with fusion protein amino acids 37-113 (LRRNT domain and first LRR repeat) of mouse LGI1.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used for IB, ICC, and IHC (RRID: AB_2877432). Independently, it was used in an IF assay (Hivert et al., 2019; PMID: 30598502), an ELISA (Kornau et al., 2020; PMID: 31900946), and an IHC assay (Kozar, 2022; DOI: 10.7488/era/2379).
