Application Notes
The specificity of the antibody for human MSLN was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody was employed for flow cytometry detection of human MSLN on SKOV3 cell line (very weak expression of MSLN ovarian cancer cell line) and HO-8910 cell line (high expression of MSLN ovarian cancer cell line), respectively (CN110698562B).
