Immunogen
OX-18 was prepared by immunizing BALB/c mice with rat spleen glycoproteins of the size of Ia antigens which has been depleted of Ia antigens using an OX-6 affinity column.
Application Notes
This antibody binds to a monomorphic determinant of rat MHC Class I (RT1A). It is routinely used in flow-cytometry applications and has been shown to work in frozen immunohistochemistry assays.
