The original antibody was raised by immunizing mice with hNEURODI- GST-his fusion protein.
Application Notes
This antibody was used for ELISA on 293T cells transducted with NEUROD1 protein (WO2018213680). Flow cytometry was performed on HEK293T cells stably transduced with hNEUROD1 and on naive HEK293T cells with no transduction. This antibody was used for this flow cytometry (WO2018213680). Immunohistochemistry was performed on engineered 293 cells expressing NEUROD1 and SCLC PDX tumor sections using this antibody (WO2018213680).
