Specificity
The antibody is specific for human NKp46. The antibody cross-reacts with cynomolgus monkey and rhesus macaque NK46 but does not cross-react with mouse NKp46. NKp46 is a receptor expressed by NK cells.

The original antibody was isolated using phage display technology after three rounds of panning against human NKp-46.
Application Notes
The binding specificity of this antibody towards human, cynomolgus monkey and rhesus monkey NKp-46 was determined using ELISA and flow cytometry. The binding of this antibody to NKp-46 expressed on the surface of CHOK1 and NK cells was confirmed using flow cytometry. The original IgG antibody bound ectodomain of human NKp-46 with a binding affinity of Kd= 1.1 nM. This binding of this antibody to NK cells resulted in an increase in the interferon gamma release (CN113637074).
