The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice against amino acids 119-416 of human NORE1A.
Application Notes
This antibody has been used to specifically bind NORE1A in Western blots (Kuznetsov et al, 2008; pmid:19098985); it detected NORE1A in human HBEC3-KT cells (Moshnikova et al, 2006; pmid:16421102). Immunofluorescence was performed on human bronchial epithelial cells (HBEC3-KT or HBEC3-KTR) using this antibody (Moshnikova et al, 2006; pmid:16421102).
