The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with a recombinant human NOTCH3 protein containing amino acids 350-580 (NOTCH3 EGFs 9-14).
Application Notes
The binding specificity of this antibody towards human notch 3 was confirmed using flow cytometry. This antibody was also able to bind human notch 3 in a western blot assay. This antibody is recommended for visualization of notch 3 expressing tumors using immunohistochemical staining (US20170023576).
