The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with a human B7-H1 fusion protein.
Application Notes
This antibody is capable of binding B7-H1 molecules expressed on the surface of M435 by flow cytometry. This antibody was also used for the immunohistochemical analysis of intestinal and gastric cancer tissues (WO2019085238)
