A phage display library was generated from a patient with anti-Ox-LDL antibody, and the antibody was isolated by panning against prothrombin.
Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by competitive ELISA. The original format of the antibody reacted with beta 2-glycoprotein-1 and prothrombin and showed comparable binding affinity to both antigens, with Kd values of 1.6 uM for beta 2-glycoprotein-1 and 3.2 uM for prothrombin.
