Application Notes
ELISA was performed on PSK using this antibody (WO2012077737) (Hoshi et al, 2011; pmid:21249323). Tumor , liver and spleen tissues were used for immunohistochemistry using this antibody (Hoshi et al, 2011; pmid:21249323). This antibody was used for western blot on PSK protein (Hoshi et al, 2011; pmid:21249323).

we investigated whether PSK reaches tumor and immune tissues with its active structure remaining intact, and the direct action of PSK was evaluated by its antitumor effects against MethA fibrosarcomas implanted in immunodeficient NOD/SCID mice.
